Our goal is to create an authentic evening of Hawaiian and Polynesian based experiences and activities for you and your guests. Diamond Head Luau is great for families because of our focus on interactive, cultural activities like hula lessons, lei making, headband weaving, ukulele lessons, temporary tattoos, and more!

 

Following the cultural activities, enjoy a unique Farm to Table buffet offering featuring local ingredients and recipes. As the sun sets on the lawn, our exciting show packed with traditional hula and fire performances begins!

 

The Waikiki Aquarium is open from 5:20-6:00pm for our guests to enjoy self-guided, exclusive access of the marine life exhibits!

Cancellations must go through The The Diamond Head Lūʻau. No cash surrender unless at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice of cancellation is given. Cancellations received within a twenty-four (24) hour period are subject to the entire activity cost and processing fees. No same day cancellations will be accepted.

In ancient Hawaii, it was customary to celebrate special occasions with Ohana (family) and friends. We at Diamond Head Luau continue this tradition with a menu that is locally grown and prepared right here in Hawaii.

    Enjoy our fresh pupus (appetizers) while you enjoy your welcome Mai Tais. At the appetizer station we offer lychee wood-smoked local marlin dip and kalo (taro) hummus *V/GF served with freshly made taro chips and hoʻio (Hawaiian fern) caprese salad.

    Mixed greens salad with cherry tomatoes and fresh cucumbers dressed with your choice of vinaigrette *V  along with a fresh assortment of local & seasonal fruits.

Every Luau ticket includes admission to the Waikiki Aquarium for guests to enjoy exclusive access to the exhibits (during Luau hours).

 

The Waikiki Aquarium - second oldest in the U.S. - showcases more than 500 marine species, and maintains more than 3,500 marine specimens. Public exhibits, education programs, and research focus on the unique aquatic life of Hawaii and the tropical Pacific.
