The Diamond Head Luau show displays the different cultures of Polynesia - and we want our guests to experience the same variety with our Luau dinner experiences.
Our all-new, high-end buffet includes traditional items like Kalua Pork, Poi, Lomi Lomi Salmon & More (available on Sundays, Mondays, & Wednesdays beginning February 11, 2024).
Our unique "Foodie Friday" dinner concept partners with some of the top restaurants and up-and-coming vendors in Hawaiʻi. Each guest will receive one (1) ticket to each of our eight (8) vendors' stations to try their signature dishes for a true "taste of Hawaiʻi"
